O evento acontece nos dias 24 e 25 de agosto na unidade do Sesc Esplanada.<br><br>Entre as provas, os participantes contar\u00e3o com levantamento de peso, corrida e abdominais. O cross training \u00e9 uma modalidade, oferecida no SESC RO para inscritos na academia, que busca melhorar a capacidade cardiorrespirat\u00f3ria, condicionamento f\u00edsico e resist\u00eancia muscular. Al\u00e9m disso, aer\u00f3bicos de alta intensidade tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o realizados.<br><br>Os vencedores do 1\u00ba, 2\u00ba e 3\u00ba lugar ganhar\u00e3o um trof\u00e9u, al\u00e9m de medalhas para todos os competidores.
