O procedimento \u00e9 r\u00e1pido, n\u00e3o invasivo e indica a real composi\u00e7\u00e3o do organismo, auxiliando no direcionamento de atividades f\u00edsicas e planos de nutri\u00e7\u00e3o.<br><br><strong>Investimento e agendamento<\/strong><br>O atendimento ser\u00e1 aberto aos trabalhadores do com\u00e9rcio, seus dependentes e tamb\u00e9m \u00e0 comunidade em geral:\u00a0\u00a0<br><strong>Trabalhadores do Com\u00e9rcio e dependentes:<\/strong> R$ 40,00\u00a0\u00a0<br><strong>P\u00fablico em geral:<\/strong> R$ 80,00\u00a0\u00a0<br><br>Para consultar os hor\u00e1rios e realizar a marca\u00e7\u00e3o, os interessados devem procurar a equipe da <strong>academia do Sesc Esplanada.<\/strong><br><br><strong>Recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es importantes para o exame<\/strong><br>Para garantir a exatid\u00e3o da sua medi\u00e7\u00e3o, atente-se \u00e0s regras de preparo:<br><strong>Nas 24h anteriores:<\/strong> evite bebidas alco\u00f3licas, caf\u00e9, ch\u00e1s e achocolatados. Suspenda o uso de diur\u00e9ticos (exceto casos de hipertens\u00e3o sob acompanhamento m\u00e9dico).<br><strong>Nas 4h anteriores:<\/strong> n\u00e3o fa\u00e7a refei\u00e7\u00f5es pesadas nem pratique exerc\u00edcios f\u00edsicos intensos.<br><strong>No dia:<\/strong> o exame \u00e9 feito descal\u00e7o. Use roupas leves (para mulheres: top sem aro de ferro, shorts leve, legging ou biqu\u00edni; para homens: bermuda leve, shorts de tactel ou sunga). Permane\u00e7a 3 minutos em p\u00e9 antes da medi\u00e7\u00e3o.<br><br><strong>Nota:<\/strong> o exame \u00e9 contraindicado para gestantes, portadores de marcapasso e
